• Expected to be target-oriented and ensure the achievement on time.

• Setting Sales goals & developing sales strategies the incumbent has to visit clients.

• Creating new customers to accrue the sales target.

• Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement Maintain & Update customer database.

• Visit and follow up with prospective customers regularly.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
  Drive the company’s sales and marketing vision by developing and executing strategic plans that expand market share.

• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and craft innovative pricing and promotional strategies.

• Sales Excellence: Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently exceed targets.

• Conduct training programs to improve productivity and skill levels.

• Oversee raw material inventory and consumption tracking.

• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.
