• Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform including order processing, shipment, and delivery.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory flow, and prevent overstocking or stock-outs.

• Ensure the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and availability across all online platforms.

• Communicate with vendors, couriers, and third-party logistics partners for smooth operations.

• Negotiate rates and service agreements with suppliers and delivery partners.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery time, and return rates.

• Prepare regular reports on operations performance and customer feedback.

• Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and complaints.

• Maintain service quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data security standards.

• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and finance teams to support promotional campaigns and payment operations.
