Job Context:
∎ A Renowned manufacturing unit is looking for and energetic, enthusiastic incumbent for the following position and job description set forth:
∎ Job Location : Palash , Ghorashal ( Narsindi )

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor overall factory operation and admiration.
∎ Worker admiration, shifting, overall discipline and compliance matters has to be looked after.
∎ Plan and organize production schedule distribution and supply chain & monitor sales coent llection.
∎ Prepare report on daily production, finished goods stock, inventory, sales, distribution.
∎ Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Make the task out of worker
∎ Supervise and monitor factory's regulatory documents update and maintain relationship with drug admiration authority.
∎ Supervising employee discipline and pursue employee retention policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Conveyance, lunch and mobile bill will be given. On showing performance additional facility will be given. Performance bonus will be awarded for target achievement excluding 2 festival bonus.
