Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving the production schedule from planning department and ensure the man power availability and other related matters are full fill to meet the production schedule.
∎ Ensure to achieve the company goals / kpi's mainly set in efficiency / performance and on time delivery with first time right quality.
∎ Overseeing the production process in hourly & daily basis to meet the given schedule.
∎ To be attend immediately on supply chain issues to avoid loss time in production.
∎ Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
∎ Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
∎ Drafting a timescale for the job to meet the production schedule;
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
∎ Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control process with the involve;
∎ Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
∎ Reviewing worker performance;
∎ Should have a good knowledge of Lean management (Given Priority who has knowledge in Lean Management)
∎ Should have a good knowledge Color Management (Given priority who has knowledge in Mellow Color)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good communication skill in English.
∎ Having Knowledge on Ms Office Application & E-Mailing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should Have experience to lead the team.
