Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: In this position you will be responsible for monitoring programme implementation; ensuring execution of all policies, procedures, circulars, memos etc. as well as ensuring that internal control systems are taking place properly at the field level.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, update and implement monitoring guidelines.
∎ Prepare yearly monitoring plan according to the guidelines.
∎ Ensure monitoring activities are conducted according to the guidelines and annual monitoring plan.
∎ Prepare monitoring report and submit to the Head of Treasury and field operation.
∎ Coordinate with the ombudsperson office regarding cases such as attending hearings and related works as per requirement.
∎ Initiate necessary steps for investigation (if required), prepare investigation report and submit to the respective authorities and take necessary actions for implementing the authorities' decision.
∎ Report fraudulent activity to the law enforcement agencies in timely manner, when required.
∎ Increase contact and communication with the staff of programmes, collecting the right information in the fastest time so that there is no complaint about the monitoring and investigation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent report writing and analysis skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on monitoring and investigation and related policies, procedures.
∎ Knowledge on accounting softwares.
∎ Proficiency on presenting reports.
∎ Minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field
