Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute order (Development to Shipment).
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
∎ Develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales. Also, use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ Follow up yarns, trims and accessories.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Oversee and determine costing and pricing of the garment and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Oversee the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitor the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery.
∎ Ensure Supply chain/Backward linkage management
∎ Understand products, current market trends and buyer psychology.
∎ Execute orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure on time shipment.
∎ Find ways of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyers.
∎ Ensure Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
