Job Context:
∎ A 100% foreign owned "A" category RMG Company (Woven) located at Karnaphuli EPZ Chattogram & DEPZ, Savar is looking for the following personnel for immediate appointment.
∎ Job location: Chittagong (Karnaphuly EPZ) or Dhaka (DEPZ)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that the ironing and packing of garments is carried out as per the quality standards of the buyer.
∎ Ensuring the availability of the relevant documentation from Merchandising and Production Departments, verifying the accuracy of data and planning and organizing the finished goods operation as per customer requirements.
∎ Liaising with the Merchandising and Commercial Departments; obtaining correspondence on import shipment details; and providing instructions to ensure the timely issue of all production stocks and safe handling of all materials and accessories.
∎ Coordinating, monitoring and maintaining an inventory of all finished goods received from production, whilst arranging for their dispatch and subsequently taking measures to transfer the balances to the stores for reconciliation
∎ Ensuring that all stores documents and reports are prepared on-time to facilitate managerial decision making. These reports on-time to facilitate managerial decision making. These reports include: • -Finished goods report, and • Stock reconciliation report.
∎ To ensure on time shipment of all PO.
∎ Ensuring that safety procedures are adhered to.
∎ Adhering to ISO 9000, buyer's compliance, 5S practice and any other international standards adopted by the company.
∎ Maintaining OCS, RCS & GOTS Implementation.
Salary:
∎ Salary commensurate with experience & negotiation.
