• Graduation/Masters in any discipline from recognized institution (Educational qualification can be relaxed in case of candidates with exceptional abilities).

• Skills Required: 3D software use for sample management, 3D Pattern making

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Basic Computer skill, Garments/Textile, Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Communication and leadership skills are mandatory.

• Positive professional attitude, self-motivated and team player.

• Experience: At least 4 years

• At least 4 years of working experience in designing. 2+ years’ experience in using 3D technology, V-stitcher certification preferred VF.

• Good command of English language, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of pattern making, design, and manufacturing as well as basic knowledge of garment production process.

• Well known to use Vstitcher, AI, Photoshop software.

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented.

• Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills.

• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and a team player.

• Utilize your professional expertise to create 3D samples using V-stitcher.

• Understand customers and designers need to provide design and development services with CAD to meet their requirements.

• Proficiently manage technical drawings and create patterns using Gerber software or a comparable CAD system.

• Have a Global and Innovation Mindset. Collaborate with the Buyers Design team and being prepared to assist them with urgent matters based on their schedule sometimes.

• Oversee and maintain 3D block library. Update 3D blocks to align with fit comments received during development and production fittings.

• Analyzing 3D sketches and samples, understanding Brand requirements and developing samples, accordingly, ensuring the feasibility of bulk production.

• Coordinating and communicating with the Brand on product related issues affecting fit, construction, technical specifications and raw materials etc, and subsequently clarifying the requirements and recommending alternative value-added options to the Brand to arrive at a mutually beneficial solution.
