Garments Costing, Industrial Engineering, Line balancing, Operator Bulleting, SMV, Sweater Factory Production Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to Management to set the targets and drafting and designing the layout of the machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
∎ Maintain IE Department SOP and KPI's.
∎ Should constantly look for methods to reduce the cost and improve efficiency.
∎ Minimize wastage and ensure the productivity & efficiency of total production process.
∎ Report Monthly to Management of Achieved production in Terms Knitting to Finishing and Shipment quantity.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of all data and reports.
∎ Follow up Labor utilization and line balancing.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Motivate the team to achieve planned targets.
∎ Conduct Training with the team as required.
∎ Communicate about development status with concerned Product developer/Merchandiser/Designer as needed.
∎ Communicate with management, staff and workers to develop production standards.
∎ Conduct daily and weekly production meeting & continuous follow-up of every confirmed order.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to safety, quality.
∎ Assist the production team in critical areas with proper working method and carry out evaluation to help perform the line with its fullest capacity.
∎ Work on method improvement and SMW reduction & follow up.
∎ Confirming of Standard Minute Value and line target.
∎ Preplanning of man, machine and attachment requirements.
∎ Check and monitor Machine Shortage /surplus with Maintenance manager and make the final MC requirement for approval from the management with provision for rent if required.
∎ Calculate Manpower for all the sections/ departments and arrange to fill in any shortages in consultation with HR Manger with prior approval from Top Management.
