Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the designing of HR Policies and Procedures. Perform Recruitment, Selection, Training, On-boarding, and Orientation activities as per Hospital need. Execute Learning & Development programs in alignment with skill gap assessment of employees. Perform Performance Management activities as assigned in terms of Goal setting, Mid-year Review, Annual Performance Appraisal, Increment, etc. Assist in preparing Disciplinary Procedure documentation and relevant communications. Maintain and update HR database systems. Any other activities assigned by the management.
