Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Leave Management, Recruitment & Selection, Strong knowledge on HR Operations Business Communication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts. Coordinate training sessions and seminars. Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
∎ Stay actively involved in the payroll section of the company by providing various kinds of data (absence, bonus, leave and so on). Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
∎ Support all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests. Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators. Deal with employee requests regarding Human Resource issues, rules and regulations.
∎ Maintain digital and electronic records of all employees. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
∎ Keep up-to-date with latest HR trends and best practices. Communicate new HR issues to the HR team.
∎ Maintain calendars of the HR management team. Schedule meetings, interviews, agendas and HR events. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource executives.
∎ Complete resigned/terminated employees paperwork and exit interview.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Full understanding of HR functions and best practices;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
∎ Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines;
∎ Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools;
∎ Fantastic organizational and time management skills;
∎ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
∎ Meticulous attention to-details;
∎ Ability to accurately follow instructions.
