• Identify and develop Government (B2G) business opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with government organizations, consultants and key stakeholders.

• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.

• Conduct market analysis, monitor government procurement plans, competitor activities and sales forecasts.

• Lead assigned team members to achieve business objectives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for demand planning, sell-out projections and inventory management.

• Prepare sales, pipeline and management reports.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh PPR and e-GP procedures throughout the tender process.
