Responsibilities & Context:
To Managing Testers/Machines like Radio Frequency Testers, Audio, Camera, Current Testers, Glue dispenser, Wrapping Machines, Shield Box, and different jigs and fixtures for mobile assembly.
To Maintaining break down of jigs and machines and supporting maximize the Production UPH
To manage model changes within stipulated time for minimum effect on production.
To monitor Product Innovation Room and storage of all EOL/inactive model jigs/machines.
To Managing Calibration of Measurable Equipment/Machines. (RFQ to job completion)
To prepare PM plan for all machines and jigs accordingly like weekly & Monthly PM.
To Maintaining all spare part stock for all machines and consumable stock list.
To diagnose faults & repair faulty equipment.
To Monitor process rejections during production & taking preventive actions.
To monitor technological breakthrough in Mobile assembly testing and packing tools, jigs and machines.
To improve efficiency by highlighting deficiencies and recommending change in tools, process, reporting and employment engagement.
New model launch and all jigs procurement with Vendors and SCM.
To Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports on Equipment performance and maintenance.
To Preparing and evaluating skill matrix and training plan for Equipment team.
To manage yearly appraisal for Technicians & Engineers.
