∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compansation and Benefit Managenment, Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower planning, lead the talent acquisition activities
∎ Coordinate the L & D functions, initiate training for clinical and non-clinical employees
∎ Oversee the Compensation and Benefit activities
∎ Solving the grievance issue inside the hospital, maintaining a strong relationship with employees
∎ Ensure employee engagement and employer branding activities
∎ Guide management for Performance Management and run Annual Performance Activities
∎ Closely work with the management for Talent Management activities
∎ Look after Administrative tasks and support leadership team
