Job Responsibilities:
∎ As head of his/her department represent the company to all stakeholders.
∎ Develop task dependent work plan for all routine and ad hoc assignments for his department, achieve annual corporate goal for his/her department by implementing the same.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
∎ Develop necessary work and quality control procedure to support vision and mission for his/her department of the company.
∎ Manage integrity, efficiency, quality, safety & security abide by company policy for his/her department.
∎ Arrange necessary facilities, train subordinates, optimize the utilization of resources of the department.
∎ Substitute/assist subordinates only when overloaded as temporary measure.
∎ Report to Chief Executive Officer the progress of work on routine and ad hoc basis. Decide on contingency activities to meet progress dateline.
∎ Any other activities to fulfill tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
