Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and implement learning strategies and programs
∎ To review the need assessment for training and development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
∎ To deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide
∎ To organize e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
∎ To make assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
∎ To consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
∎ To support a performance driven culture throughout the organization. Assist in implementation of performance management process.
∎ To assist to implement succession planning process and development plan within organization.
∎ To identify critical positions and ensure development pans.
∎ To handle different HR projects
∎ Knowledge on salary benchmarking, job analysis will be an added value.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Strong conceptual knowledge of OD & LD Frameworks
∎ Good intellectual and analytical skills
∎ Problem Solving and Decision-Making Capabilities
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills
∎ Willing to work under pressure
∎ Pro-active and go-getter attitude
∎ Think out-of-the-box
