Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attract, retain, develop and motivate employees.
∎ Ensure timely and proper recruitment and selection.
∎ Arrange to coordinate training and development program for competence development.
∎ Build effective communication between the departments and HR functions.
∎ Review and update organizational Policies and Practices.
∎ Review and revise Human Resource Management Information System.
∎ Develop HR related activity plan.
∎ Review and revise job descriptions.
∎ Prepare different reports as required by management in relation with HR initiatives.
∎ Develop an effective employee performance evaluation system.
∎ Keep thorough records and ensure confidentiality.
∎ Develop and implement a fair and legal disciplinary system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
