Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, Compliance, HR, Accord
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of Compliance in a sweater factory.
∎ Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance policies as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
∎ Ensure update standard of QMS & EMS are maintained properly in the factory.
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of ACCORD, Alliance, BSCI, OCS, SEDEX, WRAP, CT-PAT, ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 & 45001:2018
∎ Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
∎ Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Have to Perform Compliance audit at factories.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on Compliance affairs.
∎ To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance.
∎ To counsel the absentee workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism & turnover.
∎ Communicate with BTMA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc
∎ To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Management.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer application is imperative
∎ Should be familiar with ISO and other CoC.
∎ Should have ability to face different buyers audit.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Having sound knowledge regarding multi-storied building security & administration
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Should have sound language proficiency in Bangla & English.
