Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower Planning
∎ Conduct Recruitment & selection
∎ Carry out Induction and training
∎ Making Job Description
∎ Accomplishing Performance Appraisal
∎ Preparing Organogram & Salary Sheet
∎ Maintaining Database and Personal Files
∎ Capable to manage & maintain of the organization independently
∎ Assisting HOD for preparing Policy, SOP etc.
∎ Record Keeping of Leave-Late-Absent
∎ Taking Disciplinary Action & Grievance Handling
∎ Supervising Safety, Security & House keeping
∎ Managing Vehicle, Canteen and Guest Houses etc.
∎ Handling Industrial Relations & Liaison with Law enforcing Agencies
∎ Coordinating HR Team of other plant and Head Office
∎ Support staff and the security guard counseling
∎ Maintain the HR database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection.
∎ The applicants should have experience in following business area(s): Multinational Company, Pharmaceutical Company or manufacturing Company.
∎ The Candidate should have experience for 7-10 years as a Manager / Assistant Manager in a large manufacturing Industry.
∎ THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE REQUIRED EXPERIENCES SHOULD NOT APPLY.
