- Making Job Description
- Accomplishing Performance Appraisal
- Preparing Organogram & Salary Sheet
- Maintaining Database and Personal Files
- Capable to manage & maintain of the organization independently
- Record Keeping of Leave-Late-Absent
- Taking Disciplinary Action & Grievance Handling
- Supervising Safety, Security & Housekeeping
- Managing Vehicle, Canteen, and Guest Houses etc.
- Handling Industrial Relations & Liaison with Law enforcing Agencies
- Coordinating HR Team of other plant and Head Office
- Support staff and the security guard counseling
- Maintain the HR database.
