Experience:

• 6 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.

• Age 33 to 40 years

• Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law and Rules

• Good in MS office

• Ability to work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

• Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and other HR & Admin functions.

• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices.

• Supervise disciplinary actions and grievance handling in a fair and consistent manner.

• Maintain employee records and HR reports, and ensure timely data updates.

• Monitor attendance, leave, and performance management systems.

• Organize training & development programs to enhance employee skills.

• Oversee overall office administration including security, transport, canteen, and maintenance.

• Ensure smooth coordination among departments and management.

• Manage company licenses, regulatory documents, and liaise with government bodies when required.

• Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
