Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
∎ PGDHRM is preferable.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work on daily attendance and leave management.
∎ Regularly taking care of employee personal files and update. Create employee profiles and maintain HRIS on ERP software. Prepare monthly salary advice, overtime, and salary sheet, pay slip (if required).
∎ Draft all sorts of notices, letters, office memos, etc.
∎ Maintained all track records of vehicle, maintenance, registration, and certification on due time.
∎ Taking lead to any disciplinary action regarding mitigating any sort of dispute. Provide service confirmation on time.
∎ Prepare, update, and submit all employee's leave statuses on monthly basis.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly mobile ceiling.
∎ Taking custody of all official materials (stationary, gift items, etc.). Providing logistic support to all employees when required.
∎ Maintain pool car schedule as per the requisition raise from the employee.
∎ Conduct TNA and coordinate, and facilitate training in the head office and factory.
∎ Maintain a professional relationship between the factory and head office.
∎ Participate in meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and mail. Prepare job descriptions, personnel requisitions, recruitment advertisements, CV screening, and short listings.
∎ Coordinate and conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
∎ Take care of new joining, orientation, and onboarding (if required). Conduct exit interview, prepare final settlement, and arrange to disburse.
∎ Conduct yearly performance appraisal, prepare increment sheet, allocate increment and promotion letter.
∎ Regularly maintain, update, and mail corporate directories on a monthly basis.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management from time to time.
