∎ Professional certifications (e.g. PHR, SHRM, PGDHRM) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
∎ Manage the entire employee life-cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management, and exit formalities.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
∎ Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
∎ Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
∎ Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
∎ Develop employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
∎ Maintain HR records, reports, and employee database.
∎ Lead manpower planning and succession planning strategies.Administration:
∎ Supervise office administration, including facility management, security, and vendor coordination.
∎ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and logistics support for different departments.
∎ Oversee procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
∎ Implement and maintain office policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Manage company transport, maintenance, and safety protocols.
∎ Liaise with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and external stakeholders as required.
∎ Organize corporate events, meetings, and employee welfare programs.
∎ Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and legal requirements are met.
