  • Property Management / Facility Management, HR, Administration, Security Management.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor facility management and its operations.

  • Resolve customers' complaints.

  • Look after day-to-day HR and Admin related tasks of the office.

  • Monitor renovation services and its operations.

  • Ensue Revenue Collection against project management/facility management from service provided projects.

  • Ensure maintenance support and solutions with proper knowledge of Support Staffs service, Heavy electrical equipment's system, Fire Protection and others system installed in a building.

  • Attending and handling customers and owners’ association grievance related to Facility Management.

  • Maintain proper communication with all the vendors, contractors, suppliers of the handed over projects regarding service contract.

  • Any others task assigned by the management.

  • Manage billing related tasks.
