• Age 24 to 35 years

• Need to sale land and land development project.

• Must be able to meet own targets.

• Regular basis market visit and attending the meeting with potential clients.

• Property visits with the client at the scheduled time.

• Organize site visits and viewing with clients as necessary.

• To look after direct sales, product promotion and activates, manage all marketing communications.

• Market mapping and creating client database & maintaining client`s records.

• Giving Sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

• Coordinating efforts with marketing programs.

• Identifying and generating new clients and potential sales opportunities.

• Walking together with marketing team to build lead pipeline.

• Expanding connections to generate referrals and new leads.

• Building strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and financial institutions.

• Managing multiple clients, appointments, and documentation efficiently.

• Ability to address issues related to legal paperwork, financing options or client concerns and offering solutions that align with the client`s needs with budget.

• Staying motivated during challenging market conditions and stay focused on sales goals.
