Responsibilities & Context:

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Officer – Recruitment is to identify, select, and manage the hiring process of qualified candidates according to the organization’s manpower needs. The incumbent will ensure the recruitment of skilled personnel by following company policies and labour laws.

Work Place: Work at factory

Job Responsibility:

Recruitment and Selection Activities

  • Assist in determining manpower requirements based on departmental needs.

  • Prepare and publish job advertisements (online portals, social media, newspapers, making, poster, banner etc.).

  • Collect, screen, and shortlist candidate CVs.

  • Organize written tests, interviews, and other selection processes.

Interview and Evaluation

  • Conduct interviews in coordination with relevant departments.

  • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and behavioural competencies.

  • Prepare the final list of selected candidates.

On boarding and Hiring Process

  • Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.

  • Manage the candidate joining process and collect necessary documentation.

  • Assist in the orientation program for new employees.

Records and Reporting

  • Maintain and update recruitment-related information and databases.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.

  • Assist in future manpower planning.

Compliance and Policies

  • Ensure adherence to the organization’s recruitment policies and labour laws.

  • Maintain an equal opportunity and non-discriminatory recruitment process.
