Responsibilities & Context:
Need to sale land and land development project.
Must be able to meet own targets.
Regular basis market visit and attending the meeting with potential clients.
Property visits with the client at the scheduled time.
Organize site visits and viewing with clients as necessary.
To look after direct sales, product promotion and activates, manage all marketing communications.
Market mapping and creating client database & maintaining client`s records.
Giving Sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating efforts with marketing programs.
Identifying and generating new clients and potential sales opportunities.
Walking together with marketing team to build lead pipeline.
Expanding connections to generate referrals and new leads.
Building strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and financial institutions.
Managing multiple clients, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
Ability to address issues related to legal paperwork, financing options or client concerns and offering solutions that align with the client`s needs with budget.
Staying motivated during challenging market conditions and stay focused on sales goals.
