• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or shipyard environment.

• Clear and updated knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and its practical application.

• Experience dealing with labour inspections, audits, and regulatory bodies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.

• HR certifications (CIPD / SHRM / HRCI) will be an added advantage.

• English language fluency with computer skills is a must.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Law.

• Ensure full statutory compliance and liaise with labour authorities and inspectors.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and workforce planning.

• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

• Oversee payroll, leave, benefits, and statutory entitlements.

• Promote employee engagement, welfare, and workplace discipline.

• Coordinate training and development programs, including safety and compliance training.

• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare management reports.

• Support occupational health, safety, and welfare initiatives in an industrial environment.
