• Diploma/Certificate in Medical Assistant / Paramedic / Nursing from a recognized institute.
• Valid First Aid / CPR certification preferred.

Experience Requirements
• 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Experience in shipyard, ship recycling yard, construction, or heavy industry will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements
• Knowledge of industrial safety and occupational health.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
• Ability to communicate in Bangla; basic English preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
• Provide first aid and basic medical treatment to injured or ill workers.
• Respond to workplace accidents and medical emergencies.
• Maintain the yard medical room, medicines, and first aid equipment.
• Keep medical and injury records as per company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in occupational health monitoring of workers.
• Support PPE issuance to workers and maintain related records.
• Assist in stores handling related to medical supplies and safety equipment.
• Coordinate with safety officers during emergencies and audits.
• Refer serious cases to hospitals when required
