Sound knowledge of chemical testing and laboratory procedures.
Familiarity with quality standards, testing methods and documentation practices.
Ability to interpret test results and prepare technical reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
To perform quality inspection and testing of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished adhesive products.
To conduct physical and chemical tests such as viscosity, solid content, pH, density, bonding strength, drying time and other relevant parameters.
To Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
To prepare and maintain laboratory reports, test records and quality documentation.
To analyze test results and identify quality deviations or non-conformities.
To coordinate with Production, R&D and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
To ensure proper calibration, maintenance and cleanliness of laboratory equipment.
To assist in implementing ISO 9001, 5S and other quality management systems.
To ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory best practices.
