Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Diploma in Medical

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.

• Valid registration with the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) or the appropriate regulatory authority, where applicable.

• At least 2 years

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a reputed hospital or diagnostic center.

• Age: 22–35 years (Relaxable for highly experienced candidates)

• Sound knowledge of Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, Serology, Clinical Pathology, and Sample Collection.

• Experience in operating automated laboratory analyzers.

• Good communication, interpersonal & teamwork skills.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office and Laboratory Information System experience will be an advantage).

Job Context

Bangladesh Fertility Hospital Limited is seeking a competent, dedicated, and experienced Medical Technologist/Lab Technologist (Male) for its Pathology Laboratory. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory investigations, ensuring quality standards, and providing accurate diagnostic support.

Job Responsibilities

* Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately.

* Collect, label, process, and preserve patient specimens according to standard operating procedures.

* Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analyzers.

* Maintain quality control (QC) and comply with laboratory safety protocols.

* Prepare and maintain laboratory records, reports & documentation.

* Ensure proper inventory management of laboratory reagents and consumables.

* Follow infection prevention and control (IPC) guidelines.

* Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management.

Employment Status: (Full-time)

• Weekly: 06 Days

• Working Hours: 48-54 Hours/Week

• No Night Duty
