URGENT RECRUITMENT NOTICE
Position: Marketing Manager
Janani Diagnostic Center, Trunk Road, Feni, is looking for a skilled, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team on an urgent basis.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Graduate) from any recognized university or college.
Candidates with a BBA/MBA in Marketing, Management, or a related field will receive extra priority.
Required Skills & Competencies
Marketing & Team Management (Primary Requirement)
Strong knowledge and practical experience in both online and offline marketing.
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient referrals.
Experience in managing, supervising, and motivating a marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Digital Marketing
Experience in social media marketing, Facebook page management, Facebook boosting, and online promotional campaigns.
Ability to plan and monitor digital marketing activities to maximize reach and engagement.
Graphic Design
Good working knowledge of graphic design for creating social media posts, banners, promotional materials, and advertisements.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software will be considered an advantage.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in computer operations.
Good command of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email communication, and internet-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the marketing team of the diagnostic center.
Develop and implement effective marketing plans to increase patient referrals and brand visibility.
Coordinate and monitor field-level marketing activities.
Maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Organize visits and promotional activities to strengthen referral networks.
Supervise online and offline marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
Monitor team performance and ensure marketing targets are achieved.
Assist management in planning and executing business growth strategies for the diagnostic center.
Working Hours
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
1-hour lunch and rest break will be provided.
