Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

·  Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees

· Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and final settlements (resignation, termination, dismissal)

·  Ensure accurate calculation of gross salary, deductions (tax, loans, advances, etc.), and net pay

·  Coordinate with HR and department heads to verify attendance, overtime, leave, and working hour compliance

· Prepare reports on absenteeism, late attendance, leave balances, and working hours

· Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for timely salary disbursement via bank transfer or approved payment methods

·  Prepare monthly payroll statements, pay slips, and payroll reconciliation reports

·  Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS / payroll software

· Update employee records related to joining, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, and resignation

·Issue salary certificates, employment letters, and payroll-related documents as required

· Ensure proper documentation and processing of full and final settlements for exited employees

· Support internal and external audits by providing payroll reports and documentation

· Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and pay slips professionally and confidentially

·  Ensure employee bank accounts are properly linked with payroll and employment records

· Maintain HRIS data, including personal files, attendance, and leave management records

· Implement payroll control procedures to minimize errors and ensure data security

·Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience

Education:               

· Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or

Experience:

· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Payroll and HR Operations

Experience in corporate offices, consultancy firms, or professional service organisations preferred.
