Position Overview
The Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise in social media management, paid advertising, content strategy, and performance analytics
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, manage, and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, creatives).
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on lead generation.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Generate high-quality leads for visa services (Tourist, Student, Work, Migration visas).
Coordinate with the sales and consultancy team to align campaigns with current services and offers.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to improve campaign effectiveness.
Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for better conversion rates.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
