1. Provide academic and career counseling to students regarding study options abroad and locally.

2. Assess students’ academic background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs and institutions.

3. Guide students through the admission process, including application forms and documentation.

4. Assist with preparation of required documents such as SOP, CV, and recommendation letters.

5. Provide information on visa procedures, interview preparation, and compliance requirements.

6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of universities, courses, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies.

7. Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

8. Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly.

9. Coordinate with universities and partner institutions for admission updates.

10. Achieve monthly enrollment and counseling targets set by management.

11. Conduct seminars, webinars, and promotional events when required.

12. Provide post-admission and pre-departure guidance to students.
