∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGDHRM will be an added advantage.
∎ Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the RMG industry.
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
∎ Candidate Must have working experience under EPZ
∎ Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with the company objectives.
∎ Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
∎ Conducting regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
∎ Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including the writing and placing of job ads.
∎ Leading the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
∎ Develop and implement policies related to workplace safety, health, and other social compliance ethics.
∎ Update management on upcoming legal or regulatory changes.
∎ Handling factory recruitment procedure, joining & Exit, confirmation, promotion, transfer, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave management, training & development, disciplinary actions, employee relations, grievance handling, etc.
∎ Establish and maintain a peaceful Industrial Relationship between management and workers.
∎ Any assignment as assigned by the management.
