Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
∎ Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
∎ Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction.
∎ Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
∎ Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
∎ Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with relevant labor laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to make informed decisions and identify trends.
∎ Develop and review Job Description and Organogram as per requirement.
∎ Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR paper works in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
∎ Prepare different drafts, reports, letters as directed by the supervisor.
∎ Assist in HR Policy preparation and execution.
∎ Assist in Confirmation and Resignation Management.
∎ Coordinate Employee Induction, Meeting, Workshop, Training and any other events.
∎ Plan & conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards Company.
∎ Any Other Activities as and when required by the Management.
