Job Context:
∎ Moonlux Knit Garments Ltd.; is 100% manufacturing and exporting of Ready Made Garments organization in Bangladesh We are almost two decades in garments industry and operate more than six no. of sister of concern having proven records of business in exporting Greater Asia, Europe and USA for long time looking for Manager/General Manager, Quality for its Factory/Central Control (Head Office). The person will be responsible for all Quality of Garments Products. We never compromise on Quality Garments Products & believe in Quality Service.
∎ Should apply who is capable to control centrally of ensuring quality garments product.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check & ensure the production lines quality.
∎ Check sample against Product Specification / Technical File.
∎ Provide Technical support to the Merchandisers, Factories and Clients.
∎ Follow Quality Control steps during Sample Development and Production.
∎ Conduct PP Meeting, In-line and Final Inspection independently
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the lingerie garments.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Determine operational and performance qualification.
∎ Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support.
∎ Conduct audit and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Correct quality/technical instruction are exhibited on each quality work station.
∎ Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment.
∎ Check randomly on all QI work stations once a day and make sure the right product is passed.
∎ Responsible for monitoring hourly audit results of respective lines and resolving issues.
∎ Coordinate with all quality controllers to understand and solve problems time to time.
∎ Initiate new ideas, process or system to reduce defects with improve quality.
∎ Monitor the defects are observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
∎ Take necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.

∎ Age 25 to 55 years
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
