Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Development and implementation of the manufacturing goal of the Factory.
∎ Handle complete operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, and maintenance.
∎ Managing employees, staff, and their performances for smooth execution of factory operations.
∎ Ensuring that factory machineries and equipments are working smoothly.
∎ Responsible for the Safety of Employees and also for the Factory.
∎ Regularly inspect, and check finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ Motivating factory workers to achieve the factory targets.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any issues.
∎ Prepare weekly reports on production and stocks.
∎ Any other duty assigned by Management.
