Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will be responsible for overseeing the entire Factory Administration
∎ The position also demands management of employee recruitment, placement, attendance, leave, disciplinary issues, labor handling, fulfillment of statutory requirements, preparation of salary, etc. of a large no. of employees and preparation of final settlement at the time of employee job separation.
∎ The position will be responsible for updating the employee profile with relevant information of promotion, increment, transfer, entitlements & emoluments etc. into a customized Software.
∎ The position will oversee entire security & Safety system of the factory and will provide necessary training on regular basis to the security & Safety personnel.
∎ Providing necessary support & ensuring coordination with all cross functional departments of the factory.
∎ Oversee firefighting, environmental issues, labor laws, housekeeping etc.
∎ Report generating on regular basis as per directions of the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates from RMG sector/ manufacturing organization are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The ideal candidate should have sound and practical knowledge.
∎ Capable of demonstrating good management skill i.e, supervise, organize and carry out tasks by a good number of engineers.
∎ Very proactive in nature.
∎ Must be computer literate.
