Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Fabric team for Shin Shin Group
∎ Seasonal fabric preparation as per trend and requirement from customers
∎ Fabric technical support and critical analysis with solution
∎ Set proactive methodology for fabric team and fabric procurement/sourcing
∎ Optimize the supply chain base for Material and Trims
∎ Co- ordination and find efficiency between sourcing of material from different sources
∎ Fabric sourcing with short and long term sustainability mission
∎ Streamline no of fabric sources short and long term
∎ Keep regular communication and support marketing and merchandising team
∎ Ensure improved development of material
∎ Secure bulk fabric as per plan and quality committed from supply chain
∎ Work collaboratively with Marketing, merchandising and development team and design team in Europe
∎ Represent Shin Shin for any fabric related query from customers/buyers
∎ Propose short- and long-term actions for sustainable competitive fabric sourcing
∎ Share and update the team for the current and coming legislation as appropriate
