Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Seasonal fabric preparation as per trend and requirement from customers

• Fabric technical support and critical analysis with solution

• Set proactive methodology for fabric team and fabric procurement/sourcing

• Optimize the supply chain base for Material and Trims

• Co- ordination and find efficiency between sourcing of material from different sources

• Fabric sourcing with short and long term sustainability mission

• Streamline no of fabric sources short and long term

• Keep regular communication and support marketing and merchandising team

• Ensure improved development of material

• Secure bulk fabric as per plan and quality committed from supply chain

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, merchandising and development team and design team in Europe

  A textile graduate preferably form Butex and Driven and have ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally.

• Represent Shin Shin for any fabric related query from customers/buyers

• Propose short and long term actions for sustainable competitive fabric sourcing

• Share and update the team for the current and coming legislation as appropriate
