Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capability to operation and management of Biological Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Capacity – 100 m3/hr. & 260 m3/hr independently.
∎ Ensuring that ETP & WTP performance is up to standards of DOE & Brands.
∎ Capable to conduct the pH, BOD, COD, TDS, TSS, VOC, FM ratio, MLSS, MLVSS.
∎ Trouble shooting the critical problems as Foaming control, Food ratio maintain in Aeration process, Less DO in aeration process, odor, etc.
∎ Capable to handle the sulfuric and other chemicals purity test and setting the dosing for getting the stable pH and DO in aeration process.
∎ Capable to handle and providing the guidance to ETP officer and operators.
∎ Follow up the ETP & WTP maintenance related works and can capable to work under head of maintenance.
∎ Specially Take care the blowers, chemical dosing pumps, pH auto controller, and DO auto controller and support the maintenance team for getting the spare parts form procurement department.
∎ Capable to Implement the ZERO discharge plan.
∎ Capable to handle the DOE persons and fulfill all requirements of DOE & buyers.
∎ Take care the blower, chemical dosing pump, pH auto controller, DO auto controller
∎ Analyzes and evaluates operating and maintenance procedures through monitoring of day-to-day operations.
∎ Provide the support to compliance team during audit for ETP related documents as per audit requirement.
∎ Assist in the performance of regular and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and machinery.
∎ On call to respond to emergencies and breakdowns at the plant and pump stations.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
