∎ B.Sc. in Electrical Department in any reputed University or Diploma in Electrical.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and Controlling Erection, Commissioning for Spinning Project
∎ Supervising and Controlling Utility machines in the spinning factory as per maintenance schedule.
∎ All electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machinery to minimize production loss.
∎ Preparing monthly electrical breakdown and downtime reports and comparing the achievement with target breakdown and downtime
∎ Conducting training sessions for all officers and workers for continuous improvement.
∎ Reducing breakdown and spare parts consumption
∎ Repairing the defective inverter, PCB, and power supply inside the factory
∎ Rewinding the burnt motor inside our factory
∎ Preparing monthly preventive maintenance schedules of production & utility machines.
∎ Preparing a section-wise yearly budget
∎ Making spare parts list of all types of machinery and ensuring PI/technical specification etc.
∎ Guiding and directing all immediate subordinates in planning, organizing, and executing the factory works.
∎ Estimating the required material for the implementation of the new plant, modification, or renovation.
∎ Communicating with the service engineer, erector, and supplier regarding any unsolved problem with machinery
∎ Maintaining the connection with other internal departmental personnel for the smooth running of the factory.
∎ Communicating with higher management in any abnormal situation.
∎ Can forecasting spare part plan to achieve maximum output of machines and reduce breakdown timing?
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
∎ Exchanging views with local/expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by Management
