Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, specification analysis, survey and layout of the works, construction supervision of all costs of development related work (such as piling, material procurement etc.).
∎ Providing quality engineering reports, calculations, figures, design, drawings, specifications and cost estimations.
∎ Estimation, preparing and checking measurement sheet and BOQ for both RCC and Steel Structure.
∎ Preparing daily progress report as per target and reviewing weekly schedule in line of master schedule.
∎ Completing work within budget and time schedule, ensuring compliance to applicable codes and accepted Engineering practices.
∎ Conducting site visits including oversight and inspections. Reviewing work by others to ensure that it meets all project requirements.
∎ Ensuring overall safety and security of men, materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the factories.
∎ Providing support to designers and other departments as per requirement.
∎ Performing any other related jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Design Experience with AutoCAD 2D, 3D, MGSFlood, INRoad, GIS etc.
∎ Experience in developing Engineering plans, Specifications and Engineering estimations.
