Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Diploma in Computer Science Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, design, and configure AP, network hardware, switches, firewalls, routes and monitor both networks, VM, and server health.
∎ PC Assembling, Hardware troubleshooting & Maintenance.
∎ Monitor domain controller, applications servers, computer security, bandwidth, and network.
∎ Set up and maintenance of wireless and wire LAN, and wireless router hub configuring.
∎ Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex IT Problems for end users and recommendations.
∎ Implement remote users as needed; maintain and oversee PABX-related service.
∎ Maintain current and accurate IT inventory.
∎ Responsible for CCTV Camera work, maintenance, and integration of free punch machine with the ERP to get employee attendance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
∎ Must have experience in ERP software operation.
∎ Implement & Execute IT policy based on the standard set by the company.
∎ Responsible for solving highly technical and complex problems for one or more projects.
∎ Configuring and troubleshooting of PPPOE, Hotspot, RADIUS, etc.
∎ Working with Different types of Switching Services (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP, etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU, etc.
∎ Manage tools, systems, and procedures to ensure dynamic management of issues and customer management.
∎ working with TCP/IP and routing protocols (RSVP, LDP, BGP, ISIS, OSPF. Reroute technologies).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and switches.
∎ Passion for innovation & creativity.
∎ Strong analytical and communication abilities.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
