∎ JOB PURPOSE: Help define, communicate and drive the activities under economic reintegration components. Develop and execute plan for returnees for the sustainable economic reintegration. Coordinate the skills training process and referral process of the economic reintegration process.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare economic reintegration plans and execute those on a regular basis.
∎ Guide the project staff on career counseling of the returnees.
∎ Coordinate skill training and referral process to implement interventions related to economic reintegration.
∎ Build partnership with different service providers and prepare and follow up referral plan on a regular basis.
∎ Oversee all project activities and be the contact point for economic reintegration component.
∎ Advice on 'best practice' approach to all aspects of programme and project management which is practical and result focused.
∎ Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to project management.
∎ Work closely with team members to provide training on strategic initiatives, project operation, problem solving, prioritization of work and thereby improving quality.
∎ Prepare the project and programme budget, annual operating plan and other strategic documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Planning; problem solving; decision-making; project proposal writing; report writing; budgeting.
∎ Project cycle management; monitoring and evaluation; conceptual understanding of development and migration issues, budgeting, budget analysis, financial plan.
∎ Leadership; communication; coordinating; creativity, innovativeness, budgeting, budget analysis, financial plan.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in the development field especially in Migration sector.
