Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining strong working relationships with donors and partners at a Cox's Bazar level, including by representing BRAC HCMP.
∎ Exploring opportunities for new donors and partners, in particular focusing on the empowerment of women, Livelihood Development, Health and Nutrition, Education, Shelter, WASH etc. to maximise the impact of humanitarian response programme by BRAC's Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme (HCMP).
∎ Supporting with programme communications opportunities.
∎ Working on other standalone projects and initiatives.
∎ Supporting compliance with BRAC policies and procedures.
∎ Work with PDDR and Grants, F&A, and Sector Leads, Programme Manager-TA, Design, Quality, KM & Reporting for value addition in proposal development and donor reporting.
∎ Review and edit project reports and other donor documents as donor requirement and ensure compliance as per the requirement of the funding organizations, prescribed sector standards, coordinate the formal review and sign-off process in coordination with Grants before submission to the donor within due time.
∎ Act as the focal point for donor communication and donor relations, collecting and sharing programme/grant-related data.
∎ Other administrative duties as and when required.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and also encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum five years of experience in donor management, fundraising or business development skills
∎ Working experience with UN agencies or international bilateral or multilateral donors is highly desirable
∎ Excellent understanding of expectations from BRAC as this role will represent the organisation externally
∎ Minimum one year of experience in relevant duties as a manager
∎ Knowledge:
∎ Current national and global trends related to humanitarian fields and to the protracted Rohingya crisis and Host community issues.
∎ Strategic and funding priorities of major institutional donors in Bangladesh.
∎ Project design and budget formulation guidelines/requirements of major institutional donors.
∎ Project design tools and techniques.
∎ CXB ISCG structure and operations.
∎ Humanitarian Rights and Programming and Humanitarian Development Nexus (HDN).
∎ Skills:
∎ Excellent skills in emotional intelligence.
∎ Excellent skills in technical and financial proposal and concept note development.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills in English.
∎ Moderate skill in documentation, facilitation, and reporting.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Moderate skills in strategic thinking, decision making and problem-solving.
∎ Moderate experience in MEAL processes and analysis and reporting, infographics.
