Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed export oriented factory is looking for a professional, energetic & experienced candidates having experience in HR, Administration & Compliance with reputed Organization/ Compliance Factory are encouraged to apply immediately.

Responsibility:

Manpower planning and talent acquisition in collaboration with Head Office.

Analysis on employee turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce.

Assist to develop policy, procedure and SOP regarding HR, Admin & Compliance.

Ensure compliance with buyer and labour law.

Maintain all compliance documentation including licenses, audit reports, registers, permits, certification records and regulatory documentation.

Lead Corrective Action Plan (CAP) development, implementation and reporting post-audit.

HR Operations and ERP Software handling.

Confirmation, separation and final settlement.

Handling disciplinary issues such as show cause, counseling/warning, investigation/inquiry, etc.

Prepare various reports.

Any other relevant assignment.
