Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze production plan, develop requirement by DRP and ensure the coverage of all finish goods delivery (Bend/Straight) as per sales demand.
∎ Plan and organize the delivery order of all finish goods (Bend/Straight, Retail/Corporate) on daily basis according to production plan and ensure on time delivery.
∎ Organize the warehouse ensuring safety, timely and cost effective delivery of the existing stock.
∎ Ensure HSE measures during loading/unloading, storing, crane operation as per company guideline.
∎ Build and maintain good relation with all stakeholders and relevant local vendors.
∎ Monitor and ensure correct stock count of all item through month end cycle count.
∎ Support production department by ensuring the availability of all dia finish goods and pursue the sudden change of market demand to production department in consultation with Sales & Marketing Head.
∎ Control and guide all staff of the Delivery Department by monitoring their activities, work and performance.
∎ Monitor the process & disposal of Non Confirming product, by product, sellable scrap item and other wastage to keep Delivery area neat & clean.
∎ Coordinate with Warehouse personnel and transport people regarding intra-organization transfer of materials from factory to different warehouse.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in advance level Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Material Handling practices and Inventory Management
∎ Good understanding of Business and Sales trends
∎ Supply Chain Operations E2E and SCM Planning Cycle
∎ Functional knowledge of all upstream supply chain processes (MPS-DPS, MRP, and DRP)
